A Bit About Me
Hey! My name is Ryan — a no-nonsense Northerner, a nerd in many respects, and a web designer trying to make a difference.
While "making a difference" does mean making your site look like a million quid and prompting your audience to think, "Oo, isn't this nice?", it also has a more important meaning for me: creating sites that help others and improve their lives.
Why? To put it simply, I like to think I'm not a d!@k. Seriously though, there are already plenty of designers who specialise in e-commerce, SEO, CSS and other buzzwords you'll likely have to Google.
Before any of that, I ask one question: "How can this site help others?" Then I get to work.
I Also Run a Community
for Creatives
I'm the Director of Studio II Collective, a community for creative freelancers in the UK. We run events and workshops, offer exclusive discounts, and more — all hosted through our online community platform.
Our aim is to create a space for freelancers to connect, learn, and grow. We also plan to expand our services to include students, helping to bridge the gap between education and industry.
